Master - Master I swear it wasn't ME or Noi, it must have been the younglings - it HAS TO BE THEM they were the ONLY ones in the kitchen for like, less than thirty-five SECONDS and I swear Noi and I were, like, we were totally WATCHING them, the ENTIRE time, our eyes were like literally glued to them, but then there was this crash that came from outside and she thought it might have been something that fell, like maybe a roof tile or something so she went out to see if it WAS a roof tile, because you remember Master Fisto said, he said and Codi said too - that the roof was sorta kinda just basically fixed up, nothing special and they aren't like, experts at the roofing business anyway, yeah. So, so, so Noi? She went out to have a look at it and me I thought that well it didn't SOUND like a roof tile and anyway there weren't any like, sudden new spots of light in the house that I could see, so it could have been one of the sheepcrit whatever things that got free, because Knight Secura said they're kinda frisky this time of year.. or so she thinks, I think they're just mental - but yeah..."

*takes DEEP BREATH*

"...and so I went out to see if any of them HAD made a run for it because Master Plo and Master Windu were having some kind of discussion with Master Fisto and the other tree Master.. I mean, Master T'ra. And maybe disturbing them wouldn't be a great idea so I went and checked and then I swear, Master - I SWEAR - both me and Noi? We immediately went back into the house and those crazy kids...! They were in the kitchen and staring at the ceiling... how were we to know!?"

"Noi! Have you heard? Master said that we're supposed to look out for the littles. They're not allowed to go out into the bush to play anymore. She didn't say why but the way she talked? Man, i am totally sure that there's some HUGE STRANGE CREATURE out there that they all think is dangerous."

*mad gleam in eyes*

I have to say - that Ahsoka Tano isn't as irritating when she's quiet. I mean, I don't have a problem with her talking.. not much, at least. As in, she's a lot better now than.. well, you know.

I kinda get this feeling that it's because her Master talked to her. But of course I don't know for sure. And I'm not going to ask, am I?

Still, it's nice to have someone kinda round your age to talk to, you know?

Even though mainly it's still Ahsoka that does the talking. Guess it's like, she's ok now? ...because she's more .. careful about the things she says. I guess.

Master took me on a walk through the greenhouse and then out into the woods yesterday. She wanted to see if there were any 'recognizables' in our vicinity. Mmm, what I think she *meant* by that is whether, uh, there were any familiar looking things that she knows the uses for.

She seems quite pleased with whatever she's seen. So far, though, it's only been the herbs growing in the greenhouse that she's pointed out to me. Man, they have some long names...!

I gotta learn them all off now, by heart.

*sighs, picks up piece of scrap filmsi that's been drawn on by the kids and starts writing*

This is me Ahsoka. I kinda wanted to talk to you but personally but was em really don't know what to say. I'm really sorry I nearly killed you got carried away, Master has talked to me LOTS given me guidance on stuff and yeah, I guess I really messed things up.

Okay, so it's like, I haven't said anything for a while right? But that doesn't mean I'm like, not THERE or something. Because I have TOTALLY been around, man. I've just been like, totally busy with the corral and the kids and man what IS it with little boys and throwing stuff around? They totally put a hole in one of the panels of the greenhouse. 'They' as in Nik. And Banz. And you know what? It doesn't stop there, because I swear 'Uncle Ferus' is responsible TOO, oh yeah. You heard me right there - Ferus Olin was responsible too.

Because you see, he started it all. At least I think he did. This is what happens, see, when you teach a kid like Banz how to do Force Push, using rocks. Dude, did it never occur to you that your stupid Padawan would, I don't know, like.. get the wrong idea or something and start messing around with his new Force Powers? 'Cos that's what he TOTALLY did.

He was 'practicing' with Nik and then they got tired of just pushing rocks around or lifting the things to help us out? And then they kinda like disappeared for a while, I swear it was only what - like, maybe FIVE MINUTES!?

...and then of course we hear this horrible silence and then the sound of SOMETHING BREAKING. Knight Secura went nearly ballistic when she saw the mess those two made in the greenhouse. Apparently the broken bits landed smack on something she'd been working on? I don't know. Geez. I tend to stay away from screaming people, you know?

Not that she was screaming. But her lekku were twitching like no tomorrow and I think Master Fisto, he understands what those things say? At least it looked to me like he did.

So. Anyway. Yeah. Noi? She's kind okay, I suppose. I ... haven't really spoken to her since... well. Since, you know.

It makes me feel kinda stupid and silly and.. ugh.

Man, I just don't know HOW or WHERE to start, okay?

Helping Master Unduli has made it easier to... forget. Not 'forgetting' as in not remembering the things that have happened. I don't know if I ever can forget those things. Or if I want to forget Master Simms. But it is getting easier to forget the horrid stuff... like the anger, and the.. almost-hate, and the.. the loneliness and the fear.

All the stuff, really, that Jedi are not supposed to hold on to. Yeah. It's not easy but it's getting easier.. if you know what I mean.

And, I think Master Unduli is really neat. She's got some kick-butt tattoos ON HER FACE, which really must have HURT like a kath hound when she got them, but I haven't yet asked? Because, well.. I don't know, they might be cultural and all, and she might think me insensitive.

Mari is outgrowing her clothes. Come to think of it, so are all the other younglings. Someone here needs to start sewing, and FAST. I only know how to make underpants.

Banz and Allara have invented a new game. We call it the jumping game. He and Nik went digging in some boxes. You know, the boxes that Master Fisto has in his ship? And they found stuff. Like, lots and lots of stretchy things. I don't know what they're called. But they're round... and thin, and they stretch. So him and Allara and Nik have put the stretchy things together. They made them into a rope. And then we take turns to hold the rope for others to jump over.

You don't just jump over the rope. It starts low, on the floor flat and then it goes up. Until it's over your head. So it gets harder to jump over. And, and, you don't just jump over it like that, you have to do patterns also?

Um, the patterns are like you jump across the rope like maybe twenty times, and you have to turn in a circle on one foot each time you jump? Allara invents the rules. I think she spends a lot of time thinking about games.

Vela is very good at the game. Nik keeps getting tangled in the rope. Banz just falls over but he is getting better.

They hold the rope lower for me otherwise I can't play. It is a fun game. I wonder when Noi will be okay to play with us.

Ahsoka has been very quiet. I think her Master talked to her the other day and she's been quiet since then. How come?

"Daddy, what happens if a worm is coming out of its skin and you help it come out?"

Knight Amersu left us to watch the worms come out of their skins. That was ages ago. The worms are not coming out fast. I think they must be really tired. Or their skins must be too tight? Because if the skins were not tight they could jump out, right? But they haven't. So that means the skins are making it difficult for them to come out.

Nik found us a small something. We helped two of the worms come out from their skins. They were already halfway out but they kind of stopped... because they were tired I guess. So we cut the hole bigger for them to come out.

We were really careful! The worms are okay. But they look kind of funny because their wings ... I think those are wings? ...are kind of stuck to their sides a little and haven't flattened yet. Maybe because they just came out?

"Nik! Nik!... come see - I think the worms are moving inside their skins...! One of them at least."
